We work with leaders when suspect (or know) they have a culture that does not embody the brand to get them back on track. We identify the critical customer touch points and most important brand behaviors. Then, we evaluate how these match up with company values and norms and work with organization to align these.
Emerging Growth Companies and Start-ups:
We work with founders and executives to ensure that out-of-the- gate there is a compelling congruence between their mission, brand, and desired culture.
